Survey Issues

Public Health

  • What do you feel should be the government’s role in public health and welfare?
    • I’m an advocate of universal health care and universal basic income.
  • What are your views on individuals being able to safely and securely access sensitive medical procedures in privacy and without state control?
    • I’m for it.

 Voting

  • What changes would you make to ensure every Oklahoman has the chance to participate meaningfully in the electoral process?
    •  I do voter registration drives. We should have a more robust outreach for voter registration.
  • Currently, only one political party in Oklahoma allows Independent voters to participate in primary elections. What will you do to ensure that all registered voters are able to fully express their political preferences?
    • I’m running as an independent, so they can vote for me.
  • Research from Pew Research Center indicates that “the role of money in politics” is consistently one of the top concerns of American voters across the ideological spectrum. What will you do to address this growing issue?
    • Please review my website. I’m only asking for one donation ever with a max of $1000, with most being $10. I’m asking voters to share my website, so they can find out about me.

Discrimination and Civil Rights

  • Many Oklahomans experience discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, and other factors; how would you address these problems as an elected leader?
    • My wife is Korean born and raised and my sister in law is from China. My wife and I have live in 19 place in the 36years of marriage. This has exposed me to a lot of people who do not look like me or think like me and it was great. The more I have met people who are not like me the more I have grown as a human and person. I want to fill my staff with people from all parts of Oklahoma.
  • How will you ensure that First Amendment rights to freedom of religion, speech, protest, and press are protected from infringement?
    • With hate filled people like Ryan Walters you ask a very important question. I have already stated my opposition to his political agenda. I support the first amendment and freedom from government interference in your beliefs. I would work with any group fighting for freedom of religion.

Criminal Justice

  • What issues do you see in our criminal legal system that could be reformed to be more equitable and efficient?
    • The war on homelessness and drugs are a detriment to our freedoms. This approach does not work. We need housing and treatment to acceptance.

Anti-Poverty

  • What measures would you take to address food insecurity in Oklahoma?
    • Universal Basic Income, work to move support for homelessness from charities to the government. We have the resources to address all food needs.
  • How would you protect people renting in Oklahoma from predatory landlords and expand affordable housing options in our state?
    • We need to stop Private Equity from buying housing and address the issue of companies using common software to coordinate pricing increases.
