Biography
Steve Kouplen is an Oklahoma State University alumni with a BA and MA in Agricultural Education. He served as a Representative for the Oklahoma State House of Representatives from 2008-2018, a Minority Leader for the OSHR from 2017-2018, a Minority Caucus Chair and Vice-Chair in the OSHR from 2015-2017, and Assistant Minority Floor Leader for the Oklahoma State House of Representatives from 2011- 2014. He is a very involved citizen, participating in school districts, Church communities, and the Oklahoma Farm Bureau.
