The candidates who will appear on Oklahoma’s ballots:
- Kamala Harris / Tim Walz (D)
- Donald Trump / J.D. Vance (R)
- Chase Oliver / Mike ter Maat (L)
- Christopher Garrity / Cody Ballard (I)
- Robert F. Kennedy Jr. / Nicole Shanahan (I)
In order to appear on the ballot in Oklahoma, a candidate must meet some specific requirements and deadlines. Oklahoma requires that a presidential candidate seeking placement on a primary ballot must submit a petition signed by 1 percent of the registered voters in each congressional district, or 1,000 registered voters in each congressional district (whichever is less). Alternatively, they may pay a $5,000 fee. In order to qualify for placement on the general election ballot, an independent candidate must submit a petition containing signatures equaling at least 3 percent of the total votes cast in the last general election for governor. Write-in candidates are not permitted.
Because some candidates failed to meet these state-specific requirements, they may not appear on Oklahoma ballots, although they appear on ballots in other states.
